Are you ready to take your next step at the CrossRoads? Have you been visiting for a while and are interested in being a more active part of the church? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to become a member.
At the CrossRoads, we value membership. Therefore, we require that every person who wants to become a member of our church family attend our Introduction to CrossRoads Membership class. This class is offered a few times a year and is normally taught by our teaching pastor, Rich Chasse. It is usually held on a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon and includes a light meal. It is free to attend.
This class facilitates those who may be interested in membership or who just want to know more about our church to learn more about who we are, what we believe, and how we do things.
We want all members of our church family to be committed to the mission and purpose of why we exist and to actively commit to participating in the life of our church body.  The Bible speaks of membership in the body of Christ and we want to be accountable to one another in this way (1 Corinthians 12).
Although we highly value membership in our community, we do not discriminate against those who are not ready to make this next step in their spiritual journey at the CrossRoads for whatever reason. All of our services and ministries are equally available to the people of our church community, regardless of whether they are a member or regular attendee. The only limitation is that non-members cannot vote on the business items of the church. We value people above membership and so we invite you, regardless of whether you are ready to make this commitment, to come and be a part of our family!
